Everything was what was needed

Iron from the cold war.. burnt my clothes.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but when I checked in to my room there were crumbs and fresh stains all over the carpets and furniture. They moved me into a different room and gave me free breakfast to be fair, but it took a hour and a half to resolve and the staff acted like I was wasting their time. Don’t pay 5 star prices for 2 star service.

The hotel was great! Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. The room was a little stuffy and could not get ac to get cold enough. But had balcony doors for fresh air. Great stay.

we stayed in a room overlooking the cathedral and the river spree. It was absolutely beautiful, so romantic with incredible views.

Generally good hotel in a great location. However, we had no housekeeping on one day and had to ask on another. The bar staff in one night didn’t appear to know what they were doing

The Radisson exceeded my expectations. We had a suite with a balcony that overlooked the Spree River. The room was 5* star and the room service and food is 5 Star. Excellent food and the breakfast buffet was high end. I highly recommend staying here for those who enjoy the comforts of traveling.

Un hotel muy cómodo excelente servicios. Delicioso desayuno el personal atento el SPA muy bien. Cerca de muchos museos y puntos de interes. Si te gusta caminar puedes llegar fácilmente a la Puerta de Brandenburgo.

Their restaurant and breakfast were incredible! Comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Great service and a wonderful stay! I highly recommend

1st stay since the flood in December 2022 and they have done a good job refurbishing the place. No fish tank any more though, which is not surprising. First the positive things. Check in was prompt and friendly and I requested a quiet room. I was allocated room 6115 at the back and it was indeed quiet. The air-con was good and just what was required in 32 deg heat. The location was perfect, right next to the river beside the cathedral, not from from Alexanderplatz. Internet speed was 1st class. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and excellent service, particularly from Nancy. Now the less good things. Room was a little smaller than I had expected and things felt a little cramped. I was glad I was on my own! Lighting was inadequate at night even when turning on all the switches available. The bathroom shower screen was ineffective and i was glad of extra towels to mop up. The bathroom door served to close off the toilet area and to the entire room, but with the former, there was a gap of around 2-3cm, so privacy would not have been possible if I had not been alone. The lifts proved unreliable and didn't work properly at times, which was frustrating. The pool was tiny with space for only a handful of close friends. Check out was rather rushed and unfriendly.

This property was perfect. We were near several good restaurants and markets. A short walk away was many options for public transportation. The hotel was beautiful. My son and I had 2 twin bed ands we had plenty of space. The housekeeping by staff was amazing. I would stay here again.
