Super friendly staff!! One of the best free breakfasts we’ve seen! Rooms were clean and comfortable!!

Unsupervised dog barking in room next door was annoying. Night desk clerk unable to help finding a room for a stranded traveler.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little tight, but I didn't mind because it was clean and renovated. The hotel is conveniently next to the mall and plenty of places to eat. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was not clean. Dirty carpet, bathroom shower head sprayed over the shower curtain. Towels were dingy.

This Hampton was a great option for an overnight prior to attending a funeral in Chicago. It was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, nice large shower. Front desk staff person at check in wax friendly. Breakfast better than most-- coffee was good. Although it is right next to highway, we did not hear noise.

The front desk person was funny and friendly. Rooms were great. Pool was fun for the kids. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. I left my coat by accident and i called back they found it and we are picking it up after the tournament we are attending today!!
