Check in people had very good customer service, very helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was that the floor in the room was not clean. Usually i bring socks with me, because i can't stand my feet dirty. That is on the housekeeping staff. Would I stay there again? Absolutely it is a beautiful place to stay and the front desk staff is very professional, helpful and friendly.

The staff was great at check-in and even though was placed in the wrong room type the front lobby staff resolved the issue by getting us into another room. The AC did not work in the new room, but again the front lobby staff had somebody on it right away to fix it it. Older hotel and was okay for a quick stop on our way to Long Beach for our family cruise.

It was nice

Staff was nice. The room had dirty walls. The bathroom door was taped at the bottom.

Great place to stay, rooms are nice. The staff were friendly. The trash can by the rear entrance was overflowing into the walkway our entire stay.

The breakfast staff was very disrespectful and rude. Having a line for breakfast and continually allowing to serve guests that were behind me was wrong. I guess because l have tattoos, l was not welcome there, and it was made apparent by this. I would not stay again.

We had an expected 2 night stay here when our cat had to have an emergency blood transfusion and hospital stay at a vet hospital in Palm Desert. When I shared our cats story with the front desk staff here they were so kind and compassionate. Even offering a small discount since I was a Hilton honors member. The suite room was comfortable and quite perfect considering we needed a stress free place to rest in between visiting our sick cat at the vet hospital 5 minutes away. They also have a fabulous free breakfast which really was nice considering all our moneys were going to our cat medical bills. Would definitely love to stay here again under different circumstances where we can enjoy the pool and beautiful grounds they have.

We were enjoying the weather and the breakfast and happy hour in past few days , all staff was very polite and friendly the only thing we had to say about not having showers or any bathroom around pool area I think that's very important and more convenient. But definitely back again.

The venue is absolutely beautiful very clean very well maintained. The breakfast and the happy hour amenities and food or delicious. The staff with Joe Gemma and front desk staff were very courteous, efficient and caring. I traveled with four handicapped elderly relatives and they win beyond accommodating to make sure that not only were they comfortable, but that I was taken care of. I will definitely come back over and over again, and have already recommended it to several of my friends from out of state that will be traveling to Palm Springs to other parts of California. Super friendly and accommodating staff. The AC in our room in Palm Desert wasn’t working, we were given another room for the rest of our stay. Property is beautiful. Nice breakfast and happy hour.

The pool area and lobby are spacious. The kids really enjoyed their time at the pool & jacuzzi. The good thing is that breakfast is served till 10 am unlike other hotels so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The room was OK, it could have been more clean. the AC was too loud and noisy and the faucet was leaking all night we couldn't sleep well. We even found an old receipt and a hand cream under the couch🙄. Other than that everything was good .we enjoyed spending time at the bar, they have a happy hour every night too.
