Staff very friendly, very helpful

We stay at this property often. I wish in the living room kitchen area had enough seating for the amount of beds that the suites offer.

very good staff and clean place

The staff were so kind. We had a first floor suite and there is no noise insulation. The person above us woke up at 4:00 and was, it sounded like, stomping around for an hour…. Couldn’t sleep after that :/

Very friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. They were very accommodating regarding our having a group meal in the lobby as well. Provided lots of great recommendations for us.

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was excellent—friendly efficient and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, updated and quiet. Location is adjacent to the BSU campus. There is a lot of traffic around that area, but roads and travel was very easy. We had the opportunity to see Tim McGraw (he was live at the BSU ExtraMile venue)—we walked to and from the concert. Really great time and we will be back to stay at the Residence Inn.

We had a very nice stay here. We could walk to most places. The staff was very friendly and made sure iur room was to our liking. Loved having full size appliances in our room too.

The main complaint I had was that the water pressure in the shower was weak. Otherwise, the accommodation was very nice
