Very nice staff and great accommodations!

Everything was nice except the barking dogs the first night of our stay. The dogs barked on and off all night. We had an end room so when the dogs would bark the people would take them outside and walk them next to our window. Thankfully they left after the first night.

The front desk staff were always inside their office, so had to wait or call them to come out. I asked for one hour late check out from 11am to 12pm. They charged $15 for it...

Property needs a major update. Rooms smell horrible. Carpets are so dirty. Rooms are dingy and old. Everything is falling apart. The horrible yellow lighting does not help either. Feels old and rundown. Only thing nice about this place is the lobby and the exterior. Never again. We slept on top of the sheets and as soon as daylight hit we were out of this place

The breakfast is actually great and I'm not a fan of hotel breakfast AT ALL. The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated my family of 5. The only negatives are that i have a sevice animal that is not supposed be charged when i travel. However, i was charged $75 and i don't understand why even after showing his service i.d. Also ths rooms had broken doors and lots of dirt stains on them. I even found dishes that had colored residue on them. The shower sliding door doesn't open at all. So you have to enter through the shower from the front which is different. Overall it was a decent stay.

It was a good sized room, as if it was a studio apartment, very comfortable and I felt very safe. My only real complaint was the room next to me had a dog that was barking all morning and the people were very loud which definitely disturbed my sleep. It sounded like they were right outside of my door yelling and barking lol, so just keep in mind if you startle easily or sleep light that this place isn’t sound proof or anything, you’ll hear the e people outside ur door every time.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Perfect for a longer stay.

Check-in was good and young lady at desk was very sweet. We were there for 2 nights and slept well on comfortable bed. Room was also very quiet and whilea bit dated, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast had awesome bacon along with fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, various breads, pancake machine, juice, coffee. Lady maintaining the buffet was also very sweet. With that said, there were numerous room issues..coffee pot was cracked, TV in sitting area didn't work, refrigerator stopped, working, dishes in the cabinets were gross and dirty, toilet paper seemed like less than 1 ply (LOL).

Not bad. Clean but not spectacular. Room was comfy and spacious. The walls were a little dirty, it may be just from them being old but that’s the only complaint. The staff is excellent. Kid friendly, free breakfast. Wouldn’t mind staying again.

our room size was great for our family, but neither of the bathroom doors could close, the toilet was clogged, there’s no ice in the icemaker and the pool wasn’t open for the season despite the fact that it was 88° and spring break, so my kids were super disappointed. Other than that, we liked the facility a lot.

Everything was great about the property! Our room was very clean but it had a wet dog smell. My husband said it was mold but we weren’t sure. When the air blew out you could smell it even more. Other than that the property was worth it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The one bedroom felt like an apartment. It was very clean. I had no issues at all. My new favorite hotel.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed as a base for family activities. Breakfast and coffee were tasty, varied, and fresh. Nice features for those spending more time - gas fire pit, basketball court, dog area. The only problem we had was identifying the place at the end of a long day of travel. Office does not face the street, office signage minimal, flag pole not at the office. The buildings look like apartments or condos. Once oriented, we did fine.
