Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff!!!

Perfect for what we needed! Small but lovely room on the top floor, friendly staff, and a great location!

Staff (Brandon) was extremely accommodating. The facility was very clean and in a perfect location. Do NOT believe the "war torn" Portland narrative.

Good quality, very well located and the staff were excellent.

I requested housekeeping services after the first night and it was not done. At checkout they charged me for valet parking when I didn’t have a vehicle with me.

Our stay did not come with free breakfast but the options there were fresh and tasty. Free coffee and tea if you walk into the main lobby. Cozy rooms with a bunch of amenities. Even had a selection of drinks and snacks in the room to buy if you didn't want to walk to Safeway. We used the valet for our stay since we didn't want to worry about trying to find parking.

Beautiful studio king room. The library in the lobby was under construction. No mention of the construction was given on the hotel website nor Expedia. I selected this hotel over other similar hotels for the 3000 books in their library. This was disappointing.

Great location, we walked to dinner and our show. Lovely staff and nice room.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, also able to answer our questions and provide recommendation. In addition, we were there for an event, and the Heathman is perfectly situated. We will stay there again.

Very professional, friendly staff helping care for a special old (okay, Historic) building. Oh yeah, and us guests, of course! Next event at The Schnitz, and I'll be back at the Heath! Thank you!

Friendly staff and nice simple menu well prepared

Room had an unmade bed when I checked in at 930pm. Had to move rooms. No notice of gym being unavailable which was important to me. No wine offered despite it being part of my package. Toilet broke in 2nd room, took ages to get repaired. No free breakfast offered. Staff were very kind and professional.

Staff all very courteous. The room was perfect. Experience was great!

Great time

Great location and courteous front desk, restaurant and bar staff. Only issue was that I was expecting free bottle of wine on check-in and was given a food credit instead which only covered a single day. Was told that I would not be charged for mini bar wine but was charged anyways. But otherwise hotel was great and very reasonably priced for its amenities.
