Location

I loved my stay here. It was close to everything I needed. It was by the airport, but I could get a taxi or Uber easily from the hotel. I also took the metro and it puts you off about 10 minutes away from the hotel. If you don’t mind walkingThe staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. Fresh fruit every day, different types of meat, perfect for every taste. The rooms were clean. The area was safe. I will stay here again.

The room was big and comfortable for three adults, so the bathroom is big too. We liked the breakfast, it is so complete. It is near the airport and has airport transportation. The only thing we did not liked was the air conditioning, was not cold and we had to open a window. We stayed only one night so I did not mentioned.

Easy convenient shuttle to hotel for a 10 hour layover. Room was well appointed and bed was comfortable.

Beds were so so comfortable, front desk was fast and efficient and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

To old .Good for people in short transit

Got bed bugs and twice now they charged me on something I did not purchase. Never again..

It was a great hotel. However the elevators broke down the morning of our departure and we had to carry down our luggage which were heavy

McDonalds nextdoor was a key point in getting the room here. Also free airport shuttle. Perfect choice for a long layover. I’ll return to this hotel again for sure!

What a great hotel! Huge, beautiful, spacious, the nicest employees, the clear best out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast buffet is amazing and there is a HUGE selection. The staff are so nice - especially Jamie/Jaime at the front desk! The beds are the most comfortable we had in Spain. Everything was super clean. I would stay there every time if i could!

Great breakfast and the shuttle was on time and simple. Neighborhood isn’t great but it was convenient

Room was clean and location to airport is excellent. However, both us and our friends had issues with the room temperature. The air conditioning was not working correctly. Our friends had to change rooms at 11:00 pm, and we were told that our air conditioning appeared to be cooling but it was not.

Staff was lovely

A beautiful property, well-appointed and clean. The surrounding neighborhood was fun to explore and the airport (and hotel airport shuttle) was convenient to get to.
