Staff was very friendly. They were so helpful that they showed us via foot where the nearest post office was.

Very clean and modern, nice staff, wonderful breakfast with a great variety. My only complaint is that my room contained two twin beds put together instead of a double or queen-sized bed. If I hadn’t arrived so late in the evening I would have requested a different room.

This hotel is really nice and has a great bar and restaurant. They also have a shuttle that takes you to the airport which is less than 10 minutes away.

Very clean, excellent place. Welcoming and helpful as soon as we came in. But it took a long time to process our check in. There was no line. We stayed for 6 hr only. The hotel restaurant we ordered room service dinner was fancy but food was definitely not very good. Not happy after paying so much for food. We left at 3 am for early morning flight.

The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable (nice sheets). I was given a handicap accessible room, which was a bit strange as I did not request this but benefited from the larger sized room. One note: this is a 4 star hotel and I would have expected some bathroom amenities such as a simple shower cap (which I really needed)!

It was such a relief to walk in to this beautiful hotel after being in different, hotels for 2 weeks. It's open and spacious with lots of beautiful windows. The rooms are large and comfortable with all the amenities that you need. You can walk to get meals.And the breakfast that they served was amazing.

Booked a 1-night stay since we had an early departure the next morning. 1 night was not enough! This hotel is really nice. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom very nice (would like to have another towel hook or rod), dinner at Trasluz restaurant was delicious, and the complimentary hotel shuttle ran on time. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel close to the Madrid airport.
