This hotel was super clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the area was super clean as well. We enjoyed our stay.

RF radiation level very high in front rooms of building, I was told I would be given a room in the back and was given a room in the front, will not return to your hotel

We booked this because of the reviews we read. The good reviews are 100% wrong. Starting off we noticed the towels were dirty with hairs on them. Then I went to adjust the AC and stepped into wet carpet from a leak. I felt a little off balanced in the room then I noticed the TV and side table had a huge slant it. For some reason our room had a large dip in the middle of it. But we dealt with it because we only had it for one night and didn’t want to risk getting a room in worst shape or having to deal with a smell other floors had. But that night was the worst night’s sleep with the uncomfortable beds. Even if offered free nights, we wouldn’t book this hotel ever again.

Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets, bathroom towels etc. breakfast was hot with plenty of variety. Staff was extremely friendly and many times greeted me before I had a chance to talk. Quiet comfortable setting. I will definitely be returning. 2 night stay and truly had a wonderful stay.

lThis hotel is not up to Best Western standards. We booked through the main online travel site. The first room we went to had water in between bath floor tiles and I stepped on the carpet and it had a wet spot. Got my sock all wet. We changed rooms and it smelled of urine. We had to pay the hotel more to get the third room -- a regular standard room. Which is what I booked in the first place. This Texas Avenue College Station Best western would not let us have a standard room unless we paid more money. We finally were moved to a third room we paid more for that was just OK. Hotel looks run down. When we went down to breakfast the scrambled eggs were mostly gone and the other hot item was sitting empty. Next time I will stay at another hotel.The Texas Ave Best Western would not let us go to another Best western property because they are owned separately.

I was very pleased with staff member “Nathan” the room had a clogged shower drain and he was very accommodating in taking care of the issue.
