Loved it. The executive lounge was amazing. Management even handled a crazy unstable guest quite well after he called security on himself.

very nice hotel

This is a good hotel for business trips to Kuwait. Check in and out were quick and efficient. The rooms are a reasonable size and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. There's a small gym. The staff are very helpful, especially Cameron and the others in the breakfast restaurant off the lobby.

I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and nicely appointed and the on-site restaurants (including the breakfast buffet daily) are very good! In addition, the security is great and as a single female traveler I always feel safe here! I highly recommend this hotel!

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Kuwait City. The area is great and the service is excellent. Many of the staff have been there for years and greet me by name. I won’t stay anywhere else in Kuwait City!

The hotel was really good, the resection was friendly, but I didn’t like the furniture it was old.

The hotel lobby is nice but the room was dated. Super expensive given the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Didn't live up to the JW name.
