It was good

Room was clean, bathroom needed a brighter light and the A/C kept kicking off. Hallway on first floor had a very musky smell.

I had reserved three rooms and staff kept telling me I had only reserved one even though I was showing them the confirmation. She said, I don't care what that says, you only got one. Thankfully more rooms were available. The bottom floor had a horrible smell. The room was okay.

hallways smelled like mold and mildew. HORRIBLE. room not as bad, but i also used a bottle of febreeze i had in my vehicle to help with horrible odor. hot tub was luke warm. Hotel had no internet and check in. ALTHOUGH SHE WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMIDATING..... staff had to use her phone wifi to check me in. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I took about 20 pictures of filth in my room and-to share with management, and they didn’t even want to know. Not interested. They don’t run their air conditioning so even the hallways smell dirty.

Needs remodel. Molding.

Manager and staff were extremely helpful and courteous in meeting our needs. Facility was very clean. However, renovations are needed. Plumbing is older and water temperatures hard to adjust. Refrigerator wasn’t very cool. Ice machine wasn’t working. Some fixtures were broken. They should consider more breakfast variety throughout the week.

This property smelled really bad , through the hallways and room I stayed in, they double charged my credit card !

Bed was lumpy and everything was a little old and dumpy but basically clean and quiet

This Hotel does not have an elevator so for the handixaped it is a challenge.

Very nice staff and clean facility

Nothing. The property and the room itself was so dirty and moldy that I did not stay. The quality inn would not offer a refund but I left anyway and found another hotel. This Quality Inn was the worst I have ever been in.

Our room had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was pretty skimpy when we went down around 8 am

Room 114 has the most uncomfortable beds ever!

If you like to see some amazing carpet, this is the hotel for you. The worst part was not having an elevator. Also the staff could have mentioned it or asked if it was an issue that there was no way to bring the luggage carts upstairs. The fridge did not work. The curtains were too short to cover the windows so the sunlight came in. It was a decent place but not worth the 8 star rating that others were giving it.

Nice moderately priced hotel. Clean. Comfortable.

This property needs an update severely. No elevator available for the second floor. Luckily I didn't stay on the second floor. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy. I couldn't hear myself talk. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The bed was terrible. But the staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating. Made up for the poor quality of the room.

Good location. Easy access from the highway. Electricity went off. Was not able to take a shower or watch the news. I know this was beyond their control but it made for an uncomfortable night and stay.

Nice. Staff excellent, very sweet. Room comfortable, knocked a point off because of hair in the bathtub but I don’t fault the hardworking staff. They do their best. The company should give them a small handvac to use especially for the tub.
