Fantastic team, made my stay feel extra special.

The staff is awesome! They go above and beyond. I was greeted by them each time I walked in and out. Although they don’t have a business / office room. The front desk let me email them my report for printing. 👍👍 Room was okay. Clean and updated bathrooms. I did experience some noise in the mornings from the hallway. Parking was abit of a hassle as my vehicle was too big for the underground parking. There is also a fee of $18 per day for parking. But considering the location of the hotel. That isn’t much for downtown parking. Restaurants, pubs, and stores are all within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back.

The water drains are clogged in the bathroom. Needs attention!

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and do a great job taking care of their patrons.

The best place to stay for work in Kamloops

Great place

Extremely disappointing - rock hard bed that gave me sore shoulders and hips. Pillows were even worse, no support at all, feathers poking out of metal zippered pillow cases. In room Furnace so loud it was vibrating the floor and bed. Delta should be ashamed of this Hotel in Kamloops. Each staff member I interacted with was excellent, but a comfy bed with supportive pillows is what this traveller wanted.

Check in was excellent! our room was excellent! Staff was excellent! Noisy U9 hockey players that should have been staying at a Super 8, not so excellent…

Staff in checking and restaurant were overwhelmed. One elevator out of two was broken.

Upper class hotel. Very nice. Comfortable.

Great hotel. Nice fitness center, hot tub, pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed here for a night each year for four in a row and wouldn’t change.

Hotel was very nice, underground parking handy in the cold of winter. The restaurant is also nice. Not much around the hotel but we did find a couple of places we could walk to for food. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

Great hotel room. Quiet, clean, with generous shower spray.

Alice was great at check in…rooms are extremely clean and beds comfortable.so nice to have underground parking available.

The room next to ours was noisy and the hotel would not do any for us because we had booked through expedia

Confirmed multiple times on the phone that the hotel had received everything needed for us to have a credit card on file. When showing up I was told that there was no credit card on file 15 minutes after I had checked in with no problems and already had my room key. I then had to deal with an employee that was pretty hard to work with for hours before resolving the issue . Other than that every employee was great, also that restaurant and bar has good drinks and food.
