Courteous staff. Comfortable.

I have stayed with roughly 6 hotels in Kamloops and always heard Delta is above the average but when I tried this time I found out other ones that I have stayed had the same level of amenities with free parking and free breakfast. I don’t think that I am going to stay here after this.

Breakfast was pricey, room was pricey but very minimal and small. Hotel is in an area of downtown Kamloops that is not great & not very safe at night. Overall stay was disappointing for what we paid.

The hotel has been redone but is still old feeling. The location is not great - many transient people. The tv did not work in the room.

We love staying here every time we are in Kamloops. Great staff, close to everything. The food at Cordo is top notch. Definitely recommend!!

I have stayed here several times and it is always ckean and the staff are wonderful. They will always go out of their way to go above and beyond to make your stay more pleasant. Better yet year after year when i come there are the same staff there which means they are treated well. That is equally as important!

Staff were exceptional; made you feel special during check in. Room was clean and decent. Facility is getting dated and room/bathroom were small.

The room had musty smell; we turned on the air to refresh the room and it was better (detedted a smell of smoking).

The doors are paper thin, so heard everyone in hallway. Every word, every door open, every child running through the hall playing mini stick. Had a heat pump or something attached to our room that was loud and woke us, every time it kicked in. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Not sure we’ll stay at Delta in Kamloops again, which saddens me because Delta hotels are usually go-to hotels for us.
