Great team at the check in Easy check out Liked pool Easy access to downtown Kamloops Dinning room was unable to get seating for dinner ( would of been a long wait under sraffed tgere was an event going on )

Room walls are quite thin so you can definitely hear full conversations when people are talking in the hallways, especially if you’re situated near the elevators. If you’re a light sleeper earplugs are highly recommended. Other than the noise, the room was renovated and clean, the towels are nice a fluffy, and the staff were great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and recently renovated. The pool area is nice. Paying for parking in such a small, quiet downtown seems a little much.

Nothing. Will never book this hotel again

The lobby is nice, but the pool area looked better in the photos. The room was very small. We ordered sangria at the pool and it turns out it was from a pre-mixed bag. Pretty disappointing for a $10 drink. Breakfast at the hotel cost $60 for 2 people and was average. The bed was comfy. Overall it felt pretty pricey for the quality.

le matelas n’était vraiment pas bon et même après nous avoir changer de chambre c’était soso. nous voyageons avec notre petit chien et $50.00 par jour est excessif surtout qu’il n’offre rien, pas de lit , pas de biscuit comme ailleurs mais surtout même pas de poubelle extérieur pour mettre les sacs de poupou vraiment cheep de charger ce montant et de ne même pas fournir une poubelle extérieur.
