Was clean and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was quick and helpful

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast area well stocked. Only negative was parking situation, only one entrance in/out. Really need to consider having a separate entrance and exit if possible

I was put in a room that someone was already in and the new room reeked of smoke so bad that I got a headache and all my clothes smelled like smoke.

The water had to be boiled t.v. was out of service for our room lighting dim, hair in shower, q-tip of other guest left on carpet

Hotel seemed run down. Pool is closed which was not advertised for the hotel. Room was hot and had the heat on despite warm weather. Took forever to cool the room down. Only offered 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for a couple staying. Had to request more and they asked if I would come get them at the desk. Where is the hospitality? Elevator was beat up and raggedy. Chairs in entry was worn out. Hair in bathroom on counter and in sink. Phone had grit and dirt when I tried calling front desk. Havent even stayed the night yet but this was my observation within the first 30 min

The lobby was under construction and the pillows were too soft.

This property is dirty and needs updated. It was not a pleasant stay.

The hotel was under construction, I wasn't award of that when I made reservations. I didn't need staff side from checking in and out so I can't taste them. They were nice for the brief moment I encountered them though.

Second time staying at this particular hotel, came in for reunion. For a Ashland hotel theres not many options, this one atleast didnt have roaches or bedbugs. Could have been cleaner, the side door was propped open all night which could lead to safety issues, room was mediocre.
