Muy buen pesonal. Limpio. Y el hotel muy centrco

Everything was fine but the room had some issues like we found a cockroach in the corner and some small finger prints in the main blanket, also I added breakfast for 10 dollars and it didn’t appears in the system but it was an Expedia problem, in general speaking, everything was it fine.

Un hotel muy viejo y descuidado, la alfombra del cuarto me dio tanto asco, parecía que no la habían aspirado hace 20 años, muy poca iluminación en el cuarto, la TV no funcionaba. lo único decente era el baño. Durante mi estancia en el hotel había una convención y estaba saturado, con solo un elevador para todos los huéspedes. Usualmente no dejo ningún comentario para ningún hotel pero en esta ocasión lo creo altamente necesario.

Room was not the same as the picture so I had to ask for a change. Furniture was old, dirty and in poor conditions. Telephone didn’t work, no fridge at the room. Staff was not helpful. Terrible experience

Nice hotel among hit and miss neglected properties

Hotel website lists unavailable amenities - no pool or spa. Towels and sheets are discolored and worn out. Carpeting smells musty and is dirty, It is not maintained properly. The hotel is a two star impersonating as a four star!

Property was okay but I wouldn’t recommend the area.

Get your Room on 3rd floor up 1st & 2nd they are like a horror movie hotel smells really bad and very old furniture…

Good but it did not smell clean!

The staff was excellent resolving the issues with the room and telephone. The cable provider had issues upon arrival but yet the internet was working. Food was acceptable but cold from room service, buffet was ok but not anything to write home about

I STAYED AT AMBASSADOR HOTEL 30 YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS A STELLAR HOTEL, UNFORTUNATELY, THE OWNER HAS FAILED TO INVEST CAPITAL AND IT SHOWS! I WOULD NOT RETURN.

Para la tarifa, esperaba más. La ducha tenía problemas de drenado lento que reportamos desde la primera mañana, pero no se resolvió. La botonera del elevador en nuestro piso tampoco funcionaba, pero sí se reparó en seguida.
