The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel's cleanliness was terrible, in addition to the bad smell and all the towels and sheets being smelly, old, and stained. Staff 4 starts Cleanliness 1 star

I don’t get breakfast the elevator doesn’t work and my room doesn’t work to many time i have to go to the front desk lobby to ask for other card to open my room 3 times i have video to proof,.

REPAIR ELEVATOR

Room was dirty and outdated, not like pictures shown. Hotel was full and only one elevator was working.

The room felt neglected and the hotel is falling apart

The carpets need to be cleaned / replaced. The elevator wasnt in service at the time of my stay

Everything was great, and I was able to charge my car overnight!

Only 1 elevator working, second one under maintenance (who knows for how long) but should be planned ahead. At least 10-15 min to be able to go up/down. Other than that comfortable mattresses, clean bathroom, shower etc.

This was my first stay at the Wyndham and it was very enjoyable. The staff were very attentive even with the language barrier, as I do not speak Spanish. I felt very welcome during my stay.

I stayed for the second time at this property and i don’t regret it . Definitely i will choose this hotel again for my next trip to Monterrey. What i loved the most is that I checked out a little past the accorded hours and had no issues.

Las instalaciones no son nada como vienen en las imágenes, condiciones del cuarto muy incomodas. Las camas estaban sobre box springs, muy sucias las cobijas y había mucha suciedad y cucarachas.
