I really enjoyed the staff; they were extremely friendly. The room size was nice, but the bathroom was gross and outdated. The shower-bath combo had a ring around it and clogged up, causing mold and mildew to float around. While the repairman did unclog it, housekeeping didn’t clean the shower, so we ended up taking showers with our shoes on

Everything was excellent

The area was perfect for our trip

The staff was pleasant and the hotel is pet friendly there is as always a fee associated with pet staying there. Also there is a daily parking fee as to be expected when downtown. The sunset and night view from the rooms are beautiful.

Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff

Quiet well kept property. Thru could use some updates but it's still nice. The customer service agent at the desk wasn't friendly. The room was clean but very dusty! I was congested and coughing all night. Once I left the room everything cleared up

The only negative was the cost of parking. Everything else was excellent.

please decrease parking fee and teach receptionist especially night shift should know how they adjust any information on invoice. our request is simple but it's getting big business for them.

Very immaculate property

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we had problems with the heater and AC. The desk in the room leg was falling apart and there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. The one of the cabinet had water stains or mold on the bottom of it. The scan code to talk to the front desk was unreadable to contact the front desk.

I will say the hotel itself was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great! My only problems were the parking situation and the escalators to get to the hotel. The parking garage is an absolute nightmare to get to and to get into. The daily parking rate is soooo expensive. I had several issues with my room key to get out of the garage when I was in and out. Had to go to the front desk twice to get it fixed. Another issue was the escalator after the dreaded parking garage. Two sets of escalators were not working on and off my entire stay. I had to hike up all the stairs with my luggage. Sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn’t which made it difficult to get in and out the hotel. The hotel itself was great as I said earlier, but the services and outside parking situation need to be improved and priced better.

It was nice and super clean I love the beds and the pillows soooo comfortable lol thank you!

I was going to take a picture but I decided not to. Very dirty window ledge had bugs and old food. Hallway carpets begging to be cleaned. It has such great potential but they really need to spend some money to clean this place.

The staff who welcome you at the double tree are lovely (especially the shuttle bus / parking crew) and they are doing their best with a very old building. Our room was clean but really tired, with several broken things upon our arrival (door handle, safe etc). Breakfast is unimpressive for what it costs, but again, the staff are kind and helpful.
