Very friendly staff. Only one problem is that the bed is a bit too high.

Generally clean and welcoming however 0 level off the street to get lift to reception was a little smelly but tidy. Warm welcome at reception. Room again clean and tidy however, comfort of bed is different for everyone. Bed was comfy however the pillows appeared plump and soft (2each) however when we went to sleep, the pillows might as well not have been there. They went flat as a pancake and we had to keep folding them over for some height. It was too late to ask for more pillows. If your car is a small SUV or bigger, please note, the car park is SO Tight around the corners and the spaces. There are signs up telling you this too. We saw someone in front of us with one of those large ranger truck things and it nearly got stuck trying to turn down one of the ramps. The hotel itself is in a great spot for the centre and is right next to the train station.

Unfriendly staff in reception, I said I’d paid already and she said it hadn’t been taken, was charged twice. Bad service wouldn’t go again

Hotel was great, staff were great, breakfast was great, but the smell of the sewer or river, definitely not so great!

Needs to be caveated that renovation work was taking place. On arrival the hotel smelled strongly of drains, not a great first impression. Room desperately needs updating, bed was very comfortable but room very poor in comparison to other 4 star hotel available in Leeds. No fridge, air conditioning barely worked.

Bed was very comfy, all very clean, shower was wonderful The only slight criticism is that you have to go past the gym to get to the elevators and it smelled really badly of sweat in that area

Had a great, short stay in the Hilton Leeds City. It was perfect for attending the football, as the Matchday buses to the ground were right across the road. We were upgraded on arrival, and Sachin made the experience very personal as he contacted us by text message within an hour of arrival to ensure everything was good for us. Common areas very modern, would definitely recommend.

Im a bit disappointed with this hotel, the staye of the room, linens, also breakfast. Its disgusting as at least normal standard is expected from hilton. The worst thing was the rotating door was stuck on me in it trying to go out and nobody was arround to help me out. I was stuck there for good 10min and thankfully i wasn’t alone we had to use force and push the door to rotate and i got outm horrible

Excellent hotel. Only bad point is the parking garage is so narrow, a bigger suv like the one I rented, took some maneuvering to get around. The room is a bit too grey. It could do with more colour.

Excellent hotel. The parking is not tor the faint-hearted. Roomed were all ok, breakfast was good. The smell in the ground floor was somewhat worrying. Almost a sewage hint to it, so quite off putting. There are roadworks directly outside the hotel, so not very welcoming, but appreciate that this is beyond the hotel’s control But all staff were great and would recommend

A standard city centre Hilton. Convenient, decent quality, clean and comfortable. Nothing particularly special. Car park is interesting with very tight turns indeed to move between floors, not for the faint hearted!
