We made a mistake with the reservation and Expedia could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. When we got there we told them that we made an error in booking and the young man rolled his eyes and said we can’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. We told them Expedia tried calling them but no one answered and he said they were short staffed and maybe that evening someone would answer. I got on the phone with Expedia and was providing them with the info and issue and magically the issue was resolved without the need for expedias help. Finally, we settle into our room only to see each time we came and left our room, the dishes from room service stayed in the hallway for about 10 hours, and I don’t mean overnight but throughout the day as well. There was often garbage left on tables that would take 24 hours to get cleaned up. Our room was fine for the most part, but the hallway cleanliness and front desk need to really improve.
