Beautiful beach front property in the heart of the promenade. Walking distance to old town and restaurants within 5-10 minutes in every direction. Train station 15 minute walk and bus stop 5 minute walk. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. We would highly recommend for a stay in Nice. Good place to travel from on day trips along the French Rivera.

The staff as always were exemplary (7th visit). I did get charged €250 on checking in, to cover any expenses such as breakfast - a bit of a shock - I thought they had added too many zeros! However, on checking out I was only charged for what I'd spent. I enjoyed the free drink and restaurant discount. I dined twice at the hotel's pricey but pleasant restaurant - again exemplary service. The chef seems to want to experiment on his patrons: lavender flavoured crème brûlée and lemon tiramisu just didn't work for me - hard to improve on classics. They kindly offered an alternative, but as the flavours had been mentioned on the menu, I declined: my fault? perhaps. I also ordered a posh burger, and was surprised to be asked how I wanted my steak done. This led me to expect a delicious piece of steak in the burger instead of the usual minced patty. However the chef appeared to have fried the steak and then minced it! With nothing to bind it, it just fell apart and was somewhat tasteless. You live and learn. I will gladly return to The Westminster in the future, but perhaps not the restaurant.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but a few drinks in the bar which was on a the terrace. Shame that guests have to pay to use the spa so we didn't as it was expensive. Our room had a fault in that in order to have electricity to charge phones etc, we had to have the main light on overnight which was a pain. We did report this but no maintenance was sent. A member of the team said that's just how the room is which was very odd. He said we should put up with it or change rooms. Despite the electricity issue we did enjoy the stay, the Aircon was very much welcome. The hotel is very well situated for exploring Nice.

Excellent service from all staff, the reception team, the concierge team, cleaning team restaurant and bar teams were all very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choice, all fresh and wonderfully presented. A fantastic location, just a minute from the beach and a 16 minute walk from the train station.

Beach view room was very beautiful. Room was surprisingly very large which was nice. Property is set in an excellent location that allows you to really explore the city. Staff was very helpful in getting luggage in and out of the building. We did not make use of the amenities but definitely would come back and stay here.

The property was nice, not great. The restaurant brought the rating down. The area was fantastic.

Extremely well located spot across from the promenade des anglais and 15 min walk to the center and old Nice. Check-in was a breath and the room was spacious. The reception and staff were super useful in recommending a convenient and reasonably priced parking 2 min walk away (~24 euros for 24 hours) and way cheaper than the Meyerbeer one. We tried the restaurant le Duc on the first floor but cannot say that we were dazzled by the food overall. The staff at the restaurant was superb and very friendly. Other than that we did not get the chance to try the spa, the gym and beach across the street. We will for sure stay there again!

I booked 2 rooms over 10 months before the stay, and they put my family and me on 2 different floors I was charged 20 euros per day to keep my bike box at the hotel. This has never happened to me before; it's crazy The breakfast at a luxury hotel was super basic. They also had a barrier stopping people from coming in and going out, and it felt like I was in a very cheap hotel. If you wanted an omelette, you would have to pay extra; that seems to be the theme at this hotel. I won't be coming back to this hotel

Don’t try to check in early. Excuse given is rooms aren’t yet clean but magically they become so at the posted check in time. Hôtel is well situated. Breakfast isn’t very impressive but alternative front desk staff was helpful locating an electrical adapter.
