Clean, nice amenities , enjoyed trip over all

Great place to stay specially great view from the balcony. Brenda, Diego and Jose were the best hosts.

Very friendly staff members, very clean, enjoyed the hotel and how close/convenient it was for everything we did! Be cautious. Our bathroom door was janky and the railing to the balcony was shaky.

Horrible, solo un elevador para tantisima gente, la aberca alguien se vomito y no limpiaro. Rapido, todo muy viejo, el staff no muy ayudador. No nos gusto

Really bad weather was raining all day and night can't access to the beach or swimming pool 😫

Check in was fast, however the receptionist did not explain anything. How the room numbers worked, where were the elevators. Got to the room and couldn’t get in bc she did not activate the cards. Sink got clogged after first hand wash (sure it was already that way). AC was not cold enough. One plug electrical outlet was the only one working so couldn’t charge more than 1 device at once in the room. We could hear our neighbors really close thru the connecting doors. We only stayed one night thank goodness. I am not sure if I’d ever book here again. It’s close to the airport that’s about it!

My sink was clogged and I booked a king size bed with sea view I got a two bed bedroom with sea view but I didnt book that

Confusion o n how to pay for drink is meals if not o all inclusive plan

The room was nice and clean. The food was okay but tough to eat at times. There was no mini bar even though we did all inclusive. The pools were rather small and crowded. The ongoing construction of the building next door was a not so welcome way to wake up. There were long lines at the bar as they only had one bartender. It was not easy to get a drink. We didn't end up using much of the all inclusive part.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly.

Pésimo hotel El sink tapado el baño tapado. La TV no servía. Me cambiaron d cuarto y me pusieron en un equivocado No era lo k yo page pésimo y fea las habitaciones

El hotel cumple las expectativas, pero pienso que ya se queda corto en espacios, para el desayuno hubo días que no encontrabas ni donde sentarte, sin embargo el personal super amable lograba acomodarte, las albercas llenas, lo mejor irse a la playa, lo cual por la tarde vale mucho la pena x los atardeceres, me he quedado en otros all inclusive y por lo menos te ponen refrescos en tu frigo, aca no t dan nada, tenias q estar bajando al bar , intenté pedir room service despues de las 12 de la noche, al parecer ya no laboran xq nunca contestaron, pero fuera de eso, me la.pase bien

I paid for Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Mountain View… I didn’t get that room. No view and I got an old room in an old building. The A/C was also ultra noisy.

Great spot for the money.

I was there in March 2026, and there was construction right beside the hotel that began at 7 am-it will happening for many more months as they are building a hotel. It was loud. The pools are nice. The room was good and clean. There is a bus to take you downtown, it only cost 10 pesos. There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away. The area is safe.

Meals could've been much better... i quality and variety.
