Nice but the roads need to be updated

My stay at this hotel was one of the worse stays I have ever had in my life. I was there for my daughter’s 9th birthday and the rooms were infested with bugs! Seen two bugs in the bed!!! -100/10 would not recommend the stay was rude unprofessional and accommodating don’t ever go to they hotel they need to exterminate!!!

Front lobby very nice. My room smell dirty cigarettes. Carpet has holes and doesn't look clean. Sofa looks dirty. Overall very disappointed. One day stay was over for me. Embassy suites use to be very beautiful.

Breakfast was best

Not the usual quality of other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. Sheers in main area on the left side half off the rod. Popcorn behind the couch from previous guest. In the bedroom an empty water bottle from a previous guest. When we checked out and I shared this information the desk staff was dismissive. Property in general has been well used and needs improvement.

Coming from Los Angeles to STL, this was the best hotel I could have chosen. The whole staff were friendly, kind, helpful and treated you like family…LITERALLY. I loved my bartenders Ms. Tammy and Mr. Bryan, they not only watched out for my and my friend but created an experience I did not want to leave. Just bcus of them I am already planning my next trip and will ONLY stay at this Embassy in STL. Thank you so much to everyone from front desk, to the breakfast crew, the hospitality team and everyone. See you soon!

The stay was ok…the room needs to be updated with new furniture

The stay was fine. The lobby, bar and breakfast area were excellent. All common areas seemed clean and well maintained. The room was not as well cleaned, bathroom was not well stocked with towels, etc. One trash can for the entire suite?Beds were comfortable and sheets were fine. I feel for the price of the room it could have been updated and definitely cleaned better. Not the worst stay I have ever had but far from the best for a pretty steep price. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was very good.

Arrived at the property in late evening ahead of a very early departure the next morning. Found poop smeared on the accessible grab bar and wall in the bathroom and on the bathroom door handle/door. Staff came to clean it timely but I was thoroughly disgusted and could stop thinking about what else hadn’t been cleaned. Then toilet kept refilling and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of it. There was only one other room available and it had a bad leak at the window so rainwater was leaking all around the window and the second bed was damp. Ended up having to share the one dry bed with one child while my other child slept on the foldout couch. At least the room with the window leak was quiet and we didn’t find any poop smears. Worst of all was when the night manager/staff told me, “well, if you look hard enough you’ll find poop anywhere”. I’ve never had an experience like this at an Embassy Suites before, but I’ll never stay at the St Louis Airport location again.

The hotel cancelled my paid reservation - the front desk clerk said that they were overbooked and that Expedia was supposed to have called me to let me know. She said sorry for the inconvenience and good luck getting a room at any of the other hotels, because they are all booked because of the tornadoes in the area - we were left stranded with 2 babies at 10:30 at night after travelling all day and had to search for another hotel - appalled by the lack of consideration and concern. Extremely terrible service

Easy online check in and digital key made our late arrival easy as can be! Upon arrival, we were offered free water, which was awesome! Comfortable bed, easily accessible room and basic comforts. Breakfast was decent in the morning, loved the bake to serve omelet option. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
