Chambres mornes et planchers en texture genre tuiles de plastiques . Beaucoup trop dispendieux pour rapport qualité/prix. L'emplacement et le restaurant sont extra mais pas les chambres. Equipement vieillot .

We all agree, The Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin was excellent! It was our first visit to Ireland and the hotel is centrally located and convenient! Our “kids” are all in their early 20’s and their room was ideal for sleeping, relaxing and connecting when not exploring Dublin. If you plan an early morning bus tour, you can request a “to go” breakfast. Its not quite what you’d expect as the breakfast in the dining room each morning is superb! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. Room was large and had great amenities. Very pleased with our stay.

We loved our stay at the Gresham. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were friendly, it was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Very good location, close to many sites. Felt safe. Staff was helpful and checked us in early. We kept our luggage in a locked room until the room was ready and we explored the surroundings. I would not recommend leaving your bags unattended though. A flight attendant left her bag unattended outside for 1 minute and it was gone but that was not the fault of the hotel. The room was great, clean, shower was amazing and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was also really good. We would definitely come back here.

Outstanding hotel! The entire staff, the food (huge breakfast buffet), cleanliness, location were excellent. Highly recommend.

Hotel is very nice. Including breakfast was decent for buffet style. Having a room at the back of the hotel was nice and quiet, except for the seagulls at 4:30 a.m. But O'Connell street is really crowded, noisy and gulls and crows break open the garbage bags and strew garbage all over the sidewalk. Lots of smokers and vapers. A few homeless people.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is in a perfect location. From entry to departure staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Could not fault anything and would definitely recommend and stay again on next visit to Dublin

The pillows were hard. As a wheelchair user it was quite difficult to access the hotel and restaurant although the staff were quick to provide a ramp at the entrance there were steps to the dining room

Wonderful place to stay. The biggest issue we had was having to change elevators going to 3 getting off and going to another elevator and going to D and reversing the process to get back to the lobby. It would be at least a little easier if guests were given a printed copy of directions when checking in. We weren't the only guests that were getting lost. It was frustrating.
