Staff was very helpful, especially the staff at restaurant on our first day.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Personnel acceuillant et courtois. Vue magnifique. Stationnement intérieur payant. Chambre grande et rénovée. Il y avait des éclaboussures de liquide sur un mur. Cependant, le reste de la chambre était propre. C'était bruyant, les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Pas capable de contrôler la température de l'eau lors de la douche. Quelqu'un a tenté d'entrer dans ma chambre en pleine nuit par la porte communiquante.

Positives: Restaurant Ciel has an amazing view and good food. The staff is polite but nothing remarkable and communication between staff seems to lack when we need something in the room to be checked. 9 minutes by foot from the Convention center of Quebec. Negatives: 1)Poor air circulation, we couldn't see the radiator at the beginning of our stay because furniture was in front of it. But even when we were able to turn it on, the air still felt dry and we worked up every night to drink water. Also no water bottle offered by the hotel at the beginning to f the stay. 2) The mattress and the pillow was too firm. We didn't sleep well. 3) the spas in the hotel was barely warm. Almost the same temperature of the pool. 4) the phone wasn't working in our room. Just take any cheap loft nearby and don't bother to pay more to go to Le Concorde.

Was a lovely stay! Everything was great, I’d definitely stay there again!

Clean and spacious comfy room! The view is incredible. Pool-Gym area is great even if the pool is from another era :) super sunny. Room is a little noisy. Thin wall let say, earplug for light sleepers.

Tuve que cambiar de habitación pues las condiciones de la (Deluxe King) que pagué estaban pésimas , el hotel en realidad necesita una remodelación urgente, las Alfombras y condiciones del hotel en general para mi son de 3 estrellas o menos

My children liked it because there were two small jacuzzis and a swimming pool.

Clean room with a beautiful view of the river.

The hot tub could be a bit hotter and real plants in pool area would be lovely. I think a deep clean of windows and building and rooms. Maybe an air hockey game in pool area? Overall great location, great staff, really liked the hotel

I was so happy tp be upgraded to a king bed. For no other reason then they offrednit so of course i said yes! They were so kind, curteous, attentive. Room was clean. In a great location! I would stay again.
