Great place, centrally located, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Front desk staff were awesome! So friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very convenient to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre where we plan to watch a concert. The staff are very helpful and easy to approach. Over all everything went well.

Interesting building and unique place

Location was great. Elevator was very slow, would ask for a room on a lower floor next time.

Loved that our room was a ‘suite’ with a bedroom. TV in both rooms. Comfortable living on area with proper chairs.

Stayed here on July 22, excellent stay. We arrived at 1:00pm, our room was ready and we were checked in early. Clean, quiet room, close to concert venue. Great stay.

When you book through Expedia, it’s a bit surprising that breakfast isn’t included. The hotel is truly excellent.

Clean room, but very dated. Old fridge had been repurposed as a cupboard for pots and pans (replacement fridge in living area). Quite dark living area. Found it strange that the concierge charged us for bag storage, but wrote on the receipt that it was a gratuity! Didn’t seem to charge everyone (maybe only the brits, as we are poor tippers), only $5, so no issue (I was going to give them a tip anyway). Second visit, but don’t think we’ll be back.

I have stayed here many times. The only issue is the elevators. They take forever and the cleaners use them all day. That takes up a lot of space and trips that guests can't use them. Also, the one on the right doesn't go to the parking.

Lights didnt work in our room. Parking is public and not secure. Very outdated

Not bad but for what we paid, I'll look elsewhere when we return to Vancouver.
