Inconvenience of having to have the key card reactivated each night and being disabled made it hard

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Each night we had to reactivate the key card for 2 of the rooms. This became very inconvenient as both people were disabled and I had to do a lot of running around after a long day.

The hotel is fine. The rooms need updating re available phone charging etc. the lighting in the rooms- especially bathroom is poor and very dark. Our room was not serviced for our trip- even after checking at the front desk that we were scheduled for service. The attached restaurant is very good for dinner and drinks. Overall a bit of a disappointment.

Staff were friendly and helpful- rate was fair. Hotel was quiet and well maintained. Jet tub was a bit small.

The hotel was clean and many features were updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and quite large. It's in a great location next to many other stores and restaurants, and the restaurant in the hotel is also a very good place to eat.

We spent 3 night there this weekend and house keeping never did our room once. Was very frustrating even though we put the tag on the door for them to clean our room. Last time I ever stay there.

Each time we stay in Lethbridge we chose the Coast Hotel. We are never disappointed. I highly recommend The Coast

It was a great place to stay. A remarkable older elevator that was uniquely elegant for the hotel. Surprised me to see such an antique working so impeccable. Great stay, and would stay there again next year... if I come back next year...lol

Will definitely be back best hotel we been to loved everything about this place

We were charged $260 Cdn $ for a room that might have been a supply room for linens. The room did not have a window to the outside. It did have a half window immediately adjacent to the door and looked out into the hall. The room was so small it barely accommodated a very very tired queen bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Small issue with Parking due to a large convention and car show. Otherwise a great stay.

Great restaurant on site older hotel but clean

I had a room with 2 queen beds. Between the other bed and the bedside table was visible debris from a previous patron, that had not been vacuumed prior to my stay. the bedskirt on the other bed was not tucked in properly so hung onto the floor. The toilet leaked ( inside), so kept cutting in and refilling the tank and there was a lightbulb burnt out in the bathroom light above the sink.

No complaints, pool was good

We really enjoyed the outside tiki bar. Good service and food

The room was lovely and comfortable. The Firestone restaurant is excellent! Really good food and top notch service!
