Staff were great. Hotel is dated with thin walls. Bad smell especially in lobby with cleaning solution being used daily. Tonys restaurant was excellent. Hotel Needs updating.

Really good to know that you are safe

The hotel staff did not clean our room. The bathroom offered one little bar of soap other than the dispensers located on the bathtub which were empty. The room smelt very musty and had to open the window to air out the room. Overall for the price I was very disappointed and doubt I would stay again. Also I had booked and paid for two nights stay. The hotel only had us staying for one night and called me several times to confirm our reservation then informed me that I was past check out time and I had to explain again and provide proof that I was booked and had paid through Expedia for two nights. It was very disappointing to go through this.

Unfortunately check-in took approximately 45 minutes as there was only one staff member on duty. Having to check in customers, answer the phone and various other duties. It was not the fault of the receptionist but the hotel only having one staff member was unacceptable.

The staff was friendly but the room was tiny, plugs for charging didn’t work, telephone didn’t work, the bed was had as plywood, and the comforter was as thin as maybe 3 sheets.

Friendly front desk staff, and the room was clean and quiet.

Like how quiet it was in the room

The whole front desk area smelled like septic really bad, like there was a septic vent pipe plugged. Being in Renovation contractor, I am quite familiar with that smell.

We were only there one night on our way down the Alaskan Highway. It was clean and comfortable but parking was difficult.
