I recommend this hotel to people. it was one of the best ones my family has stayed at and the staff was so friendly we will for sure be back!!

The staff were amazing.

This was a family trip and the kids were happy about swimming in the pool. When we got there the pool was closed due to routine maintenance. That should have been something to let us know before we booked our trip. Was also disappointed because we asked for an extra blanket and pillow and never received it. We asked twice and still never received it.

We were disappointed. This has been a go-to hotel for us for a long time but not likely to return. Their remodel felt like lipstick on a pig. The workmanship is sloppy and doesn’t feel like an upgrade. Bed was uncomfortable and linens were not adequate for comfort. Had a corner room with old windows and a sliding door that was drafty. Drinks at the bar were crazy money and the cookies we got at check-in may as well been a rock.

We really enjoyed our stay at Double Tree Warren. It was very nice, clean and quiet.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was $20 a person parking $15 a day! Breakfast was regular continental breakfast no grill no omelettes!!! However loved the staff in breakfast area. They were so friendly! Put us in a handicap room where beds were almost on the floor. Very over priced! I will never stay at a Double Tree again!!!

Phone did not work, could hear everything going on in the hallways and the elevator dinging all night and the night person at the front desk was rude and not helpful about any of my problems! Would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and I’ve always had good visits at Doubletree inn until this one!

Property is on the olser side in need of renovation. Room was dirty and worn out furnishings. Shower pressure is good. Knobs not so good.(came off when turning on) . Staff on arrival not helpful or friendly. Did not explain anything about the hotel set up . And actually watched me take my luggage the wrong direction. When passing them again i said something about it and only got "smiles". I paid for the king parlor suite and had to also pay for parking and breakfast. Wven the cheapest hotels supply coffee and a donut. The place isnt terrible , just needs help. The only highlight was Becky in the restaurant was great. I see why shes worked there 30 plus years. I probably wouldn't go back

Except for the unstable wifi and night table lamps not working properly, everything was great!

First off the wrong hotel was booked. I wanted Doubletree downtown Tulsa not Warren. When we arrived we directed to the parking garage. Our room was on the 5th floor so we went up to the 5th level after lugging our stuff to the elevator we discovered it was not working. So back to the truck and down to first level. Then off to our room. The room was fine however it did have an adjoining door to room next door. Did not like that, it’s creepy. Went to sleep about 8:30 only to be disturbed around 11pm by the people next door. It sounded as if they were staring in a porn movie and went on for about 4-5 hrs. Needless to say no sleep. I traveled to Tulsa to see my granddaughters cheer competition, which I actually missed the first one because the wrong hotel was booked. All in all the hotel booking was not great. The cheer competition was awesome!!!

The parking garage elevator was broken so you had to walk all the way up and down the ramp to get to your car, and it was snowing and 30 degrees outside. The front desk lady was rude when I asked her about the elevator to the parking garage. The refrigerator in my room was broken, paid extra to have it. Also the shower light would not come on. And they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper. The room phone was also broken. The only somewhat redeeming quality this property had was its pool and hot tub, which was very nice. But was mostly occupied by children and preteens.
