Check and check out were quick. Room available and clean. Blinds/shades on window did little to keep out light from parking lot all night

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty and so we did not swim in it. The hotel had a weird smell, and so did the water coming from the faucet in the bathroom. The soaps are all liquid in the rooms and had too strong of a fragrance.

We were here in Boone to visit our son who is a Masters Student at App. State. This is our second stay at this hotel. Both visits have been wonderful! We will be back several times next school year and plan to stay here! Staff is very friendly!!

No coffee available for my room. Only decaf. Had to purchase coffee in the lobby. Plain coffee nothing fancy.

The staff was very polite, respectful, and helpful. The room was very clean. The little fridge didnt work and there was no microwave, but ither than that is was a great room

Very overpriced for weedend stay. Stairwells smell moldy. Only one elevator for a full hotel.

Property made a mistake in a charge and had made it very difficult to correct A simple over charge should be an easy fix as of now it has not been

You had to pay extra for food services but menu was very small and not very many selections to choose from. Elevator was beyond slow and delayed. Drink machines on every floor but were not plugged in, so you had to purchase drinks and snacks from front desk, not very many options available to choose from as well. Couldn't get a physical receipt either from purchases. Room was very expensive for 1 night and food services were only available between certain times... i will not be staying at this hotel again

New youthful look,

Check in was quick and easy no hassle. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Omg the pool temperature was just right really enjoyed the pool.

Its where I always staff when I go to Boone because it is so convenient to everything.

Pictures are deceiving and price compare to other around is expensive , heated pool not in good conditions at all, smelly, broken equipment and not appealing at all.. Will nit again and don't recommended

This hotel was quite disappointing for a couple of different reasons. The room layout was odd and uncomfortable. The "restaurant and bar" that said it was open until 10pm was already closed at 8pm on a Friday evening. There was a space heater plugged into an outlet in the middle of our hallways that definitely looked like it was a fire hazard. All the rugs in the building were puckered.

This was an last minute booking but had to cancel after less than 2 hours as I found someone to drive my son back. But the property manager wouldn't like to refund my payment even though Expedia intercede, where I made a booking. Very disappointed with the management of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel who were not accommodating at all.

It was okay

Room heater only blew cold air. No room change was possible. Staff did provide space heater. Jacuzzi & showers had lukewarm water at best. At the cost we paid near $200, one might think they would provide a free breakfast? Nope. And they begrudgingly provided my son with a glass of water to drink in the morning. Not impressed to say the least!
