Construction on site, no hot water, no electricity one afternoon, couldn’t open blinds because construction workers outside window, staff didn’t know how to get to bus stop, asked to change rooms and given one overlooking parking lot, room not ready for check in…

Paid extra for views and pool and the hotel was under major renovation and was unable to enjoy either. They should have noted amenities were not available as there were other hotels in the area for less money that had them.

Worst customer service I have experienced in the restaurant bar and our group spent approx. $1,000 for dinner and drinks. Room not cleaned thoroughly - stains on counter by coffee maker. $20/night parking fee. Not told about this and have never seen this before in Missoula. Property was under construction and we were not notified of this. No notification that the pool was not available during the time. Remodeled rooms are nicely done.

The room itself was nice. The hotel is under construction and the pool has been filled in which was never conveyed. We paid a little over $350 for one night and did not have access to our patio because construction trailers were parked outside our room. We were at the end of the hall which was tarped and taped off like Dexters kill room. On top of that they asked if we drove there…of course we did. So we were charged $20 on top of the expensive room to be able to park our vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Finn and Porter (restaurant hotel) didn’t disappoint though.

This is a motel 6 not a double tree. Can’t believe it’s part of their chain. No lobby no coffee no gym Bed and bath is all you get Got charged for parking and didn’t have a car we flew in Had to call on that. Better choices in town than this property

Clearly DoubleTree has been updating and remodeling. Everything seems fresh, clean and new. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower was clogged. It was disappointing the exercise/gym facilities were closed for remodeling. I would’ve expected a reduction in the booking charges especially since it is advertised as an amenity.

Resturant was amazing, staff was wonderful, doors to patio were unaligned and hard to open/close, door to bathroom rubbed on floor.

This location was under major construction which was not disclosed when booking the room. The nightly rate was very high despite the construction. It seemed that our room was a premium selection (patio/pool area) however, this was the area that was under construction. It would have been nice to be located away from the noisy construction. The construction was right outside of our room which began around 6:45am. It was a bit uncomfortable with people right outside of our room.

Rooms are nice. Expensive even though they are remodeling, half hotel under contruction remodel, and no lobby or pool or weight room.

The hotel and the attached restaurant was amazing! They’ve obviously done a recent renovation that looks fantastic. The view of the river was beautiful. I would travel to Missoula just to stay here again!

Sadly the hotel was under construction so parking, check in, and navigating the hotel were all a little strange, but the room itself was lovely. We really enjoyed the river view balcony and the older vibe. We tried to have a late dinner in the restaurant attached (Finn) to the hotel but our server Rowan was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were there. We actually chose not to order a second drink or dessert and cut our meal short because Rowan made it clear he didnt want to wait on us, as he continually checked on all the tables around us, but only ever brought us our meal and our check, and even that took forever. The food and drinks we ordered were

Hello - we stayed the 26th-27th of July, so just one night - however. I booked a pool room - somewhere around the cost of $350 - there is a vast amount of construction going on - no one mentioned this or the fact that the pool was rubble - but yet I was charged full price - also the door leading out was completely locked so in case of an emergency where the hallway was compromised -we were locked in - the front desk was super nice and quick but no mention of the construction - it was very disappointing to be charged so much for an average room w a sad hair dryer. Thank you - Brenda

We booked this hotel because it is one of only a few hotels with outdoor pool. We arrived and discovered the pool is closed for updates. We had Avery disappointed 8 yr old grandson.

Great location with river views—easy access to the river walk, shops, and restaurants made our stay at the Doubletree Missoula relaxing and convenient.

Under construction, safety risk for my autistic child. No pool, no hot tub. Front desk manager is extremely rude and will notate customers accounts w rude comments and make dirty faces every time we walk thru the lobby. Very was beautiful, but to charge almost $500 for 1 night in a double queen room w no amenities is ridiculous, not even microwaves in rooms. Double charge bank account for hold and room charge totaling $903. Not everyone can afford that especially on last day of the trip, then told I have to wait until the bank credits it back. Should never hit the account 2 times w different amounts for 1 night. Worst Hilton ran hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!
