The staff was terrific and very helpful. Our room was dingy and not quite clean. I've stayed in other Red Roof Inns that were just fine, but this was felt very run down and dirty. I would not stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel the staff was very nice and clean

The staff were GREAT!!!! They had snacks refreshments for people. Quiet place. Did everything they could to make it comfortable for our stay. Airconditioning worked great.

Carnival on one side and sewer plant on the other. Ok inside, but really in need of updating.

Had 2 issues woth the toilet not flushing or overflowing. At time of 1st incident informed the desk that the phone in room did not work. When the 2nd incident occurred still could not use phone on room. Had to find phone number to contact hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom is on need of updates The exterior need some TLC.

The hotel charged us more after had already prepaid 9 months ago. We had to stay no rooms anywhere else cause of race weekend.

It was a nice stay. The place is older, but clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. The staff was nice!

The check in was easy. The clerk was professional and friendly. My initial thought walking in was, it smells so good coming through the door. Very clean lobby.

My stay was comfortable and quiet. I didn't find out that they didn't offer breakfast until I arrived. But overall nice stay

The receptionist at check in was the highlight of the visit. The property was not well maintained inside or out. The housekeeping could not understand English and when I asked for kleenex I got toilet paper. What was more horrific is housekeeping entered the room as my husband was dressing. The website said there was breakfast. However they did offer snacks and water for the race. I read the reviews and it must have been on another property.

FRONT DESK CLERK WAS GREAT. THE LOBBY SMELLED SO CLEAN THE ROOM WASN'T. I thought paying over 300 a night for the room our experience would've been better. I wouldn't have expected in the bathroom floor there would be a woman's dirty female prouduct laying next to the toilet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issues we had was toilet seat was loose, we fixed that issue ourselves and the sink drained very slow. Overall the place was very clean and quiet.

Blood stains on the pillows. Bathroom is small and shower was dirty. Beds aren’t terrible but you may as well be sleeping on a brick bed. Staff is very nice and helpful at all times though and they do respect your privacy. If you don’t want to pay a deposit fee I wouldn’t stay here.
