Beautiful clean art deco hotel which is centrally placed close to everything. Gothic area, plaza and rambles within walking distance. Gaudí Architecture within walking distance around corner. Staff friendly and breakfast very good.

The service was outstanding, the accommodations were very luxurious and comfortable, the hotel is very beautiful. We had a great stay.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds were amazing. The view from the terrace was exceptional. You can see all of downtown from there. They thought of everything including chilled wine and snacks. Great location.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was attentive. The hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located to everything. The hotel bar is wonderful- the pool top is a beautiful solve to hang out.

Everything you need from a city centre hotel. The room was newly refurbished 8 floor. All room amenities good. Only downside no tea for us tea loving English. Pool area and rooftop bar a real bonus to rest after a busy day site seeing and the views are great. The bar is not open after 10 but this was not a problem for us as we were out dining elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the breakfast staff will smile once in a while. It would make a huge difference to the start of your day and overall experience.

I was not too happy with the room location and size and the lack of hot water. Otherwise it was very nice, wonderful staff and a very good location

Very friendly and helpful staff with local restaurant recomendations and getting taxis. Printed out menus for us too. Welcome bottle of wine was a surprise. Good location near Placa Catalunya. Would stay again.

We stayed here in the past and were pleased to find that what brought us back had not changed - the people. The staff are welcoming and very helpful and not just going through the motions. We will certainly not hesitate to return or to recommend the property to others.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Avenida Palace. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Barcelona, just steps from Passeig de Gràcia and the city’s main attractions. The hotel has a classic, elegant charm with great attention to detail, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was always kind and attentive, making our experience even more pleasant. A special mention for the thoughtful welcome gesture we received—it really made a difference. Without a doubt, an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, great location, and quality service in Barcelona.

I love everything about El Avenida! The people at the front desk were friendly, efficient and kind. As was the hostess at breakfast. The hotel was spotless as was our room. The room was spacious. The only mark against them was the tv viewing. It was awful. Thankfully it was only late at night we put it on. The rooftop was nice.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Our room was wonderful and the bathrooms have been updated nicely. We loved everything about this beautiful palace. It was ornate but we felt totally at home. We cannot say enough good things about El Avenida. If you are comparing to other hotels, stop now and book your room! Hasta la proxima!
