The hotel room was not been cleaned and there was no any information given by the hotel. When I called the guest service staff they said that due to full booked rooms the daily cleaning was not be able to do, only exchange towels and amenities. Very bad service for hotel with 5 stars and international chain - yet, the hotel’s rate is quite expensive.
