Facility is old, doesn’t match other Mandarin Oriental hotels. Very nice hotel Menager. They have problems with pipes, so there are noises at night. Price and quality don’t match.

Lovely rooms, well located near the center of town

Clean hotel. Public areas recently redone. Clean and modern. Conveniently located. Stayed in other Geneva hotels and MO is my preference

The pillow are horrible, zero comfortables. The heat was so hot in the room with the heater. We couldn’t turned off.

The reservation desk could be more polite and accomodating

Mandarin Oriental deserves every star they have. they are professional and demonstrate their hospitality experience and excellence at its best. details, details, details. every one is well trained and know what they do and when to do it. the hotel is well located and at walking distance from most places you will need to go to.

The service was impeccable. Beautiful hotel. Good food.

Lazy staff and slow dirty rooms

Housekeeping snappy, dirty bedsheets not beeing changed, minibar never filled up, staff lazy and not attentive and slow, worse mandarin I ever stayed at

Its just fine, service not consistent with 5 star hotel. At MO Bar waiter poured the beer all over one of us and our stuff. They didnt change plates, the table or anything. Clothes and our bags were also drenched. Rooms are pretty and clean and location is very good.

if you are used to Mandarin Oriental you will be heavily disappointed.
