The hotel was packed with teens. They were running up and down the halls-yelling and screaming. We called the front desk 3 times to address the issue-the 3rd time, nobody answered our call. We confronted them and told them they needed to quiet down-this led to pounding on the walls outside our room and an prank call on our room phone very late at night. In the morning, we weren't able to get anywhere near the breakfast area due to the volume of adolescents. During checkout, we requested to be reimbursed for the stay and reported what happened to the staff and manager. Due to our booking being through a 3rd party, they were unable to do that. They said they would arrange for us to get a free night in points, but those have not shown up in our account yet.
