Hotels.com has a king bed with sofa bed listed however after renovation the hotel no longer has rooms like that

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I keep forgetting that it’s 4.267 feet away from the interstate- adding to the add’l noise of several baseball teams/families…. whatever- it’s summer- play ball!

No exhaust fan in washroom.shower water very slow. Alley was noisy.Room was different what I ordered on Expedia. Parking lot needs resurfacing. Entrance was very clean. Staff was very listening,good service.

The room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Lots of nice amenities which unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy Very reasonable rates. The one thing I did not like was I left for awhile and came back around 10:15 AM and they were already cleaning my room I had not checked out and thought it was a bit premature other than that it was a very nice hotel.

The first room they put me in had not been cleaned from the last guest and the second room was infested with Ants.

Floor in room needed to be vacuum from day one. Bathroom walls were very dirty. Didn’t feel like we could take our shoes off. It was very noisy, street noise and people running around the hotel at all hours of the night. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Lots of places to eat close by and the mall was right down the street.

I had an absolutely awesome leisure stay at the Hampton Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean—everything from the lobby to the room was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning

Hotel was basic as expected from Hampton but they ran out of Bath towels on our 3rd night and we were unable to shower afyer a hot day playing baseball. Totally unacceptable

It was just ok. It was clean. Stand up shower, refrigerator, etc. Large tv, but we couldn't work the remote. It kept going to a listing screen (that didn't show anything) instead of changing the channel. It was a very different kind of remote. The AC froze us out at night when it kicked on. We had a hard time figuring it out so that might have been us. Also the ceiling in the room had water stains and was cracking and peeling. Noise from hallway was noticeable. It was by the highway and we did not hear the traffic. The breakfast was not good. Powdered eggs that tasted powdery, hard boiled eggs that tasted old. The kids liked the waffles. At check in we had to pay an additional $50 deposit. Staff was friendly and explained this to us. I probably would not stay here again. We've stayed in other Hampton Inns and were very pleased. This one was a disappointment.

The property seemed okay on the inside, but the room was very nice. I had the expectation that my room would be serviced each day I was there but learned that it has to be requested if something was needed. Suggestion: maybe create a door tag that has both “do not disturb” or “service is needed” during a patron’s stay just in case the room needs attending to. Thank you for such good customer service!

The hotel itself was very nice and I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. It was in a good location and across the street from multiple food places. My only complaints were there were a ton of potholes all throughout the parking lot and entry road. it was rather difficult to navigate around them. The pool was very nice and fairly warm for it not being a heated pool but i did notice a ceiling tile was missing and looked like another was about to fall so I didn't stay in the pool for long. The only other complaint I had was the noise throughout the night. we heard doors slamming all night long and it was difficult to get a good nights rest because of this. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to people. I'm hoping the ceiling is fixed in the pool area nect time I go so I can enjoy it more!
