Beautiful!

Es un hotel magnífico. La habitación amplia y confortable. El baño amplio y bien dotado (ducha y bañera). Solo un pero. La gestión de la piscina/spa tiene margen de mejora. Nos hicieron reservar para que no hubiera masificación pero como nadie controla quién entra y quién no, pues se llena de personas que no reservan con antelación. Deberían mejorar este aspecto.

Chambre petite .wc etroit .eau payante . Sur la facture apparait pas les 40 euros de parking ... j'ai paye pres 60 euros pour 2 jours de parking et 2 petites bouteilles eau de 30 cc ...cela fait cher..

Friendly staff, lovely spa and good location.

This was a very nice property, albeit a bit worn. They are pretty-friendly, have on-site parking and electric car charging, all for additional fees.

Positif: - emplacement - présence d'un spa - proposition parking Négatif: - bruyant - pas de voilages aux fenêtres malgré le vis à vis - baignoire balnéo non fonctionnelle - mauvaise communication concernant le parking malgré plusieurs relances - tentative de facturation supplémentaire du spa alors que inclus dans la réservation - chambre moyenne - literie à revoir En résumé parfait pour son emplacement central et son parking dans Biarritz, tous les autres services ne valent pas 4 étoiles.

Le Grand Tonic est jolie mais pour un quatre étoiles beaucoup de choses de base ne sont pas bonnes. - La climatisation n'est pas une climatisation mais une bouche d'air impossible de baisser la chambre en dessous de 23 ou 24 degrés - La chambre est censée être insonorisé, c'est la catastrophe, le matin on entend les chambres en dessus et le ménage est hyper bruyant à partir de 8h du matin - Accès au SPA sur réservation, très lourd et très pénible quand on est en vacances - Prix trop cher pour ce quatre étoiles 3000 euros la semaine - Parking intérieur bien mais cher, manque d'éclairage - Très belle situation au centre ville - Très bonne propreté et personnel très plaisant - Literie de qualité - Restaurant plaisant

The staff was very professional and polite The view from our window not the best we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy will recommend net curtains .

Nice hotel and great location!

This hotel is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and the coastline. The team were incredibly attentive and professional. The room felt a bit dated (particularly the bathroom) but otherwise there was nothing to complain about! I would love to return the next time I visit Biarritz.

The Grand Tonic is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. You can walk to a beautiful swimmable beach in 3 minutes! All the staff are excellent and very polite. The breakfast is very nice as well.

Room was spacious and comfortable but didn’t have much storage or plugs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. Spa was good but small
