Our room was average. It felt like it had the bare minimum — towels were worn out, hairs hanging from the hairdryer bag. The customer service fail that really turned us off was when we arrived to breakfast. I don’t recall the front desk letting us know the night before that breakfast ended at 9am. So we came in at 9:05am and were turned away by the kitchen, even though food and pastries were still out. They saw us there with kids in tow, and could have *at least* suggested we take some pastries and coffee if a hot meal was no longer available. We instead had to drive several minutes out of our way to find breakfast. Having years of customer service management, this was not the way to find solutions for your customers.

The staff at this property is fantastic; however, the rooms were just okay. It was noisy, and the blankets were very thin. We booked two rooms, and one of the drains was almost clogged in the sink. The rooms need to be renovated, especially the bathtubs. on a positive note, the breakfast was much better than expected. If the rooms were quieter with better bedding, we'd consider staying again.

The hotel is older, and the room smells like cigarettes and humidity, it’s unpleasant.

The overall stay was great. Just FYI, the property does not have elevators or a bar as mentioned. Still a nice place to stay.

Their breakfast is the best! You're greeted with a sign-up of either a breakfast burrito or an omlet. Each has check boxes for all the ingredients you can think of. Their scrambled eggs and sausage in their buffet line is good also. My wife and I had just had a breakfast similar to this at Denny's and it was about $50.00 including tip. The restaurant manager is a pleasant fellow too.

wonderful stay, everything went great. Breakfast was an excellent benefit and adds value to the stay. We will definitely be back again.

Very clean, friendly staff

This is about as basic as you can get in hotel. It should actually be listed as a Motel. Terrible coffee, no creamer, no complementary water. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were about an inch high, not enough for even on person. The beds had an old itchy gold blanket that was so rough and obviously not been washed after previous quest, “ blankets “ are so antiquated, 1960’s era! Hotels need to provide competitive amenities and make their quests feel that they are staying in a fresh clean updated space when traveling! I must say that we were so disappointed!
