The lobby is lovely and the location is convenient to midtown and downtown. The room was small even by NYC standards and the bathroom was the tiniest hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee or food available in the hotel.

It’s a cute little hotel right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Midtown. $50 charge tor an hour early check-in left a bad taste to otherwise what would be my go-to place for future travels. In the world of AI, customer service is also tending to become robotic. Despite I letting the front-desk Madame know that I have flown 30hours straight across 3 continents, all I could get was a stern face with a $50 fee slapped for an hour early check-in. But I guess one can’t contest the rulebook. The Gregorian could be so much more with a little bit more of human touch.

Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The bar connected to the hotel was great as well!

This property was clean, stylish, and very quiet. The bathroom was large and had a window. The location of the property was very convenient to the subway and in walking distance to Times Square, coffee shops, and shopping.

Location was great but we didn't have the best check in experience. When we arrived at 10pm at night, our booking couldn't be found in the system. We were made to feel we had made a mistake even though we had all the details and had to wait in the lobby for an hour before it was resolved and we could go to our room. It wasn't dealt with in a positive way by the hotel and considering it was late at night and we had got off a 7 hour flight, we'd have hoped for better service. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the room was nice although the shower took a while to warm up.

Our stay at the Gregorian Hotel in New York and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the street noise that started around 7 AM, and the elevator, which was either broken or very slow for most of our stay. That might have just been bad luck, though. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10 and would stay again.

Property is close to the subway and a lot of great places to eat to near.

Great value for midtown!

Good area, clean and good staff. The cleaning staff were great with care for our belongings. Only issues were the small bathrooms, and outside noise. Otherwise a good stay.

Perfect for a little retreat - writer’s desk in the bay window. Missed having a coffee pot in the room, but most excellent Italian bakery directly out the door.

When asked if early check in was available, I was told there were rooms ready early for $70 fee. They didn’t recognize Expedia platinum status and when I asked about drink perks they said they would send bottle of wine but never did. Hotel itself was nice but staff was disappointing.

Property was in a ok location, what it makes a difference is the staff, the service, and security in a hotel. In this case the check out staff was awful and unprofessional. The man who was working Sunday morning should have some customer service class. I pick reserve now pay later option most of the times so I can pay cash on my way out to travel back home “cash lite “, when I wanted to pay he didn’t want to take the cash and reply: this is not a bank…………. Ok……. I never had this kind of sarcastic answer from a staff in my over 10 year traveling for business. He was also being mean to a couple who was trying to check in. Bottom line never back, and please you can do better hotel wise in NYC. I’m really disappointed with this experience.

Lovely staff, everyone was really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but a nice place to stay.

It was very cozy and I loved the old-fashioned atmosphere of the hotel. Staff members were super friendly and made us feel welcomed
