Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast very nice. Location is a bit hard to find. Evening meal was very basic and poorly presented. Overall, a nice hotel. I would go back.

They have parking on site. In the midst of a heat wave, with very frustrated and over heated customers, the staff was unflappable. Our room, on the 1st floor, was comfortable with a fan over night. Our friends on the 5th floor were pretty hot.

The front desk staff were helpful and they answered all our questions. The hotel is in a difficult area of the city and not walkable to anything in Cork.

Waiting a while for food. Table service poor. Burger bun was frozen. Not thawed out.

With small sized beds, windows that barely open and no AC, the stay wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The safe didn't work and the toilet flush was broken so that it needed to be hit in a specific way to stop the water from flushing non-stop.

All was well

Expensive and there are better places to stay- self checkin did not work and would not produce a room card - toilet in the pokey small room constantly flushing. Tea, milk, coffee and water not replenished for three nights. Laundry bags left outside in the corridor until four in the afternoon. Restaurant food is average at best - would not choose to stay again. My advice find somewhere else to stay.

This is a splendidly spacious and modern hotel within an easy drive to city centre. Watch scullers on the River Lee just in front of the hotel! Walking paths are readily accessible. Breakfast options are available (continent or "full"). Dinner options are available and tasty.

Good location, room was decent size.

Hot! Rooms don’t have AC and depending on your room, windows only open an inch or two. Towels an anti fog mirrors in the bathroom were a bonus

Stayed here for one night this weekend with our two children. Hotel was good, clean and easy to access. About 15€ for an Uber into the city. Staff were all polite and friendly, the hotel had a nice relaxed vibe and parking was good on site. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped. I did order the birthday bash package which to be honest was underwhelming at best. I wouldn’t order that again. Have to give a massive thank you to Grace on reception who was just brilliant, a great recommendation of a restaurant with our children and so good with our kids. Thank you!

Restaurant service was terrible. Food nice but small portions for the price. Advertised as having a pool and leisure centre but you actually had to pay extra to use that. Price of added breakfast was extortionate for what you got. Reception staff very nice but overall for the price of the room we were very disappointed.

Great hotel a little ways outside of Cork, with clean comfortable rooms and a nice onsite restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

2 days in Cork Reception quick and friendly-Room tired B/Fast on Sat lukewarm better on Sunday. Considering cost over £400 for two nights should have been better

First off check in was at 3. We arrived at 1 and they had a room ready. Went to room and keycards wouldnt work. Back to reception to change them and the second lot didnt work at first either. But eventually got into our room. Room was fine and clean. After arriving back from our night out we ordered room service and paid €35 for the food not to come. Next morning went to reception and the girl was very apologetic and offered us a refund. Went for breakfast after this and it was horrendous. Buffet still so could help yourself. Food was cold and not nice at all. At this stage, we'd had enough and headed back to our room to get our bags and checkout. Safe to say we will not be staying here again.

It’s opposite the docks with many trucks. Hotel itself is good, well kept & clean.

Nice hotel. Super convenient to have a room with 2 double beds. Breakfast was good and affordable with different board options. The bar was closing at 11:30pm on a Friday night which I thought was strange.

Pros - Good area fairly close to the centre and plenty of free parking. Staff are great. Cons - WiFi isn't the best, perhaps including more WiFi access points could resolve the issue. Water pressure out of the shower isn't particularly strong. Rooms are somewhat dated.

It was pleasant.
