Front desk understaffed

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the room was nice and clean, the Chili’s attached was amazing, & the gym was just what I needed!

Generally good and the price a bit better then other options. It could use a bit of upgrading including carpetting etc

The shower water was dirty.

Everything in the hotel was great. The team was friendly and very industrious and helpful. The only drawback on this location was police and fire engine sirens passing at different times.

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Would stay Again

Surprised u charge extra for breakfast. Perhaps previous people abused the privilege? Been a while since we stayed at a holiday inn Staff were very helpful.

Bathroom in the rooms is extremely small. If one person is at the sink, another cannot enter and get into the shower because the door opens in against the tub. The person at the sink has to exit the bathroom and then the person who wants to shower has to come in. Then you have to open the door against the tub and the person can then reenter and go to the sink. Toilet is not chair height so it sits really low to the ground. Definitely not for an elderly person. Also the electronic lock on the entry door made noise and crackling sound all night every 5 minutes. Maintenance man had no idea what the problem was. Still crackling when we left in the morning.

The property needs updating. Seating in lobby worn. The bathroom furniture worn.

Very easy check in. We were there 30 minutes early from out of state and they had no issue checking us in a little early.

The motel was good but our room was by the elevator and we would hear the elevator all night. Also they charge for break

Right off major road. Great staff .Very nice place will stay there again.

Overall it was a pretty good day. The staff were kind and attentive. The bathroom in my room was very small. The air quality wasn't the best in my room. It was very dry.
