I had an excellent stay. The hotel was conveniently located off the main street and easy to find. That being said, it was very quiet in the hotel. I could not hear any noise from outside, and though my room was right off the elevator, I did not hear any other guests either. I was visiting Vienna during the heat wave and appreciated that the staff had the room as cool as possible when I arrived!

Quaint hotel in an incredible location. Rooms are reasonable size and include a small mini fridge ($) and an ironing room for all guests to enjoy. We arrived smack in the middle of Vienna's heatwave and asked the staff if we could have an oscillating fan and they delivered one to our room within 30 minutes. I swear, that saved us!

Location is right in the centre - couldn’t ask for better. Staff were all professional and welcoming. Breakfast has a good selection and at a reasonable price considering what’s available in the area. Will definitely book again if I return

Great stay! The hotel is in an excellent location right in the center of Vienna, with many attractions, museums, parks, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Teníamos 4 habitaciones, solo una hab el aire refrescaba; las otras 3 habitaciones los aire acondicionado no son eficientes.. Quizá influenció que en estos días había ola de calor

Perfect location, great services. Breakfast is not so impressive. no hot meals.

Good overall experience. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks were that the shower had no door, causing water to splash everywhere, and housekeeping was often late, requiring us to remind staff to clean the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I love the location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. Everything was very walkable you can also access a lot of different transportations. The hotel staff was very helpful they messaged me how to take the CAT transit from the airport and they booked me a cab when I left. I felt very safe in the area. I enjoyed their breakfasts every morning, very neat & clean restaurant which offered a variety of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay there when I visit. Also, it was convenient to have a cocktail at there bar while viewing the fountain as you watch people.

We had a very large (by European standards) corner room. Very comfortable. This hotel is an excellent location right in Stephans Platz with easy access to all Inner Stadt Vienna.

Really nice centrally located. Accessible to everything. Didn’t really have to use the public transport or taxi to get around. Rooms are small but normal size for a European hotel. Definitely recommend

Very convenient location. Five minutes walk to the opera house. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

We were given free upgrade to a premium room, which gave us plenty of space, with a shower and bath option. The room was at the rear of the hotel but as it was a pedestrianised area, there was no noise at night. The air con kept us comfortable in the heatwave. Breakfast was plentiful, with various breads, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, hot foods, omelette cooked to order and more. Location was perfect as within a few minutes walk of many of the major landmarks in the Innere Stadt area, and 15 mins walk from the railway station for the airport. Could leave our cases at hotel after checking out so as to enjoy last few hours in Vienna. Thoroughly recommend hotel

Great location great stuff had a good stay. Only issue is air conditioner barely works and in this heat wave it was needed.
