Very clean and safe enviroment

Breakfast options are delicious, property location is centrally located, staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. Will be staying here again!

They’re very friendly. They’re very clean. The housekeepers are amazing. The security was very cool. Very nice very helpful. The parking was lighted and very safe. The breakfast was wonderful. Customer service was wonderful as well. There was nothing wrong with the hotel is very safe and it’s excellent.

Room was very clean. Staff was very polite. Only one issue the just remodel and the front door needs adjustments.a lot off space underneath and with the wind the door kept on banging all night

The room had a real nice TV, but the channel selection isn’t the greatest. No ESPN or Fox Sports to watch the college or NFL games. The bedding was good, pillows weren’t hard and the same for the mattress. The heating system for the room worked, but there’s no adjusting the fan speed, and it’s loud. I cycled the speed selector, nothing worked. One speed and loud.

Everything was clean and the staff very helpful, just the internet was an issue, my son had to take a test online and the internet was on and off, after checking out I spoke to the lady on the front desk and she said I should have ask them and they would have helped! That was nice!

Todo bien - solo que mi habitacion estaba situada junto a la estacion de Guardias. Toda la noche escuche sus platicas y comentarios, no guardaron silencio

The room could have been a little cleaner, floor needed vacuuming and the hot water wasn’t working.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed for a couple of nights and were very happy with our visit.

Room was clean. There was plenty of parking on the property. The breakfast buffet was good. Had a great experience the first time thats why I booked this hotel for my second trip we even extended our stay to enjoy a baseball game Hotel is not too far from El Nido de Los Aguilas stadium. We’re already planing our 3trip and will be staying at this Hotel once we choose the dates

The keycard did stop working a couple of times. Minor inconvenience but still an inconvenience.

The rooms are pretty poor quality, very dated, the shower flooded the bathroom. Wifi was very poor and almost unusable, I ended up using my cell phone hotspot instead. I will not repeat.

Mi habitacion estuvon en cuarto piso y no hay elevador, lmi llave no funcionaba , hable tres veces a recepcion dijeron que hiban a mandar a alguien y nadie arreglo el problema, la Señora de la limpieza fue la que me abrio el cuarto , ya adentro los cajones de uno de los muebles no crerraban y molestaba para pasar, en la mañana siguiente nos desperto el bullicio de mucha gente, enfrente rentan una carpa para eventos🙄, no desperdician ni un espacio, mal servicio, mal acceso a las habitaciones, una persona mayor o con disabilidad no pudiera hospedarse, demasiado ruido, y poca atencion al cliente, eramos 4 hospedados y solo habia 2 toallas, no querian darnos mas toallas!!! Pesimo Servicio!!
