Spacious and comfortable room, good facilities, near 2 stations

Very great hotel, great location and accommodation but average service standard.

My family and I spent 5 nights around New Year. It is an old hotel, but the design, amenities, service, and facilities all have the standard of a proper 5-star hotel. You have a taxi stand near the lobby, there are restaurants inside the hotel, a convenience store, an ATM, and spacious room sizes. The location is close to the train station. The only con for me is the mattress; I prefer a firm mattress.

Udah beberapa kali saya menginap di sini. Kamar luas. Pelayanan oke. Cuma kali ini saya terkejut ada kecoa besar di dalam kamar saya. Sepertinya kebersihan kamar kurang diperhatikan. Terima kasih

Hotel bagus, kebersihan bagus, tapi lokasi agak sedikit jauh dari Stasiun Shinagawa. Apabila membawa koper agak susah karena jalan naik, untuk kebersihan hotel sangat baik, tapi mungkin untuk tempat tidur kurang dijaga kebersihannya karena hanya dibersihkan seadanya. Overall semua ok.

The hotel rooms are spacious and nice and have a garden that is quite spacious and beautiful. 400 meters from Shinagawa Station

very nice hotel with very big garden and located strategically opposite of train station. definitely will come back and stay in this hotel. shuttle bus available to both, train station and airport (at a cost)
