Lovely boutique hotel with great location, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, overall outstanding experience.

Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit.

In the middle of the Historic Area so a bit noisy. The staff was top notch in every way The room was clean and comfortable and amenities exceeded expectations. Just want wonderful.

Excellent staff and service. Property is in a great location. Walking distance to many of the famous sites and landmarks, street restaurants,etc. would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Raphael. The location is perfect for exploring Rome's main sites with the Colosseum and Vatican being within walking distance. The room was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 due to the limited vegan options at breakfast. Also no allergens/ingredients are displayed on the buffet breakfast items to be able to try and work out which food items may be vegan. As a Vegetarian hotel it would be great if there was more options for vegans who chose to stay.

Incredible Staff goes out of their way for guests and make you feel special. Will definitely come back next time we are in Rome.
