A good location close to the main train stations. Check in was seamless and staff on the desk were friendly. Room was perfectly acceptable at the price point and it worked for our overnight stop over.

excellent stay, its right at a mall so you had shopping right next door, and everything was close by the center all the restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and noce. i loved this place! ill be back for sure

Very convenient location close to everything

Very convenientlocation and Pleasant enough building, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was very noisy from the outside traffic. I would not stay here again even though the staff and bathroom were both great.

I have stayed at this property several time and each time had a good experience. Very close to the international station and town centre, shopping centre. Quiet rooms. Easy check-in & out (even after late arrival). Be aware however that the only hot drink in the room is herbal tea (fine by me as that’s all I drink) mini bar is available (at a cost obviously)…

The pillows smelt like body odor and the staff was not friendly. Breakfast was super poor quality and not nutritious

Room needed some maintenance, ie. Side light not working, cracked mug, dusty radiators, shower rail and towel rail required securing. All worked but a little care goes a long way. Coffee, milk and black tea required in room not just mint tea and sugar.

Firstly they hacked their booking system and my personal information were stolen. Then our room was dirty (hair in the shower, spot on the linen, bin with someone else rubbish). We complained and the gave us an “upgrade”. From the new room we could hear the television of the room next to us and people passing on the corridor. Amenities very old. Only plus that you are next Westfield shopping center and the train station - that’s it.

Friendly staff

Vincent on reception was quite abrupt and unfriendly- he did not give a good first impression. The rooms were clean and functional for a 1 night stay.

Room was clean, there was a minibar. Location is great, you can just walk to the city center. Staff is also good.

Good value hotel. Can be warm as the AC wasn’t on but for one night perfect.
