Unforgettable Experience at Temptation Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the energy, the vibe, and the amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. The atmosphere is electric — full of laughter, great music, and good people. The entertainment team deserves a shoutout for keeping the party alive day and night! The food was delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. I loved how every night had its own unique theme — it made every evening feel like a new adventure. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, dancing at Bash, or enjoying dinner by the beach, there’s never a dull moment. This was truly a one-of-a-kind experience — fun, classy, and unforgettable. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Unprofessional Staff I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very unpleasant experience overall. One of the most unacceptable aspects of my stay was encountering racist and biased behavior from several staff members. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment throughout the stay. The room itself was far from clean when we arrived, and housekeeping seemed to be completely ignored. Room service was equally disappointing — it took nearly an hour every time we requested something. One recurring issue was with hot water: despite repeatedly asking for clean hot water, they kept bringing it in a kettle that smelled strongly of coffee. Even after mentioning this multiple times, nothing changed. To make matters worse, I had requested a room decoration for my girlfriend’s birthday. Not only did they not bother to clean the room before decorating, but the decoration itself was minimal and clearly done with no effort — just for the sake of saying it was done. Another major flaw is the complete lack of lift access anywhere in the resort. We had to walk nearly 10 minutes each time just to reach our room, which was exhausting and extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage or after a long day. This hotel fell far short of even basic expectations. From poor hygiene to poor service and an overall lack of professionalism, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options. This is my fourth time going to temptation, this time the night time music terrible, it became boring the same music every night not night party as usual

Clean place and safe

Restaurants at night are the highlight. Buffet is sub par. Beach location is poor and smells with dirty water. Bar staff and some other staff are not as friendly as other all inclusives in the area. Property and rooms are run down and in need of a major renovation. And for goodness sake, keep pools and hot tubs open past 7. Beach is poor in this area so that’s not an option. Also, top pool deck should not close at 7. Many guests need spaces to get away from the crowd and party for a bit. Don’t close off these spaces so early in an adult only resort.
