Only one night. Excellent. Excellent shuttle service. Available time and very near the airport.. I couldn’t find your phone number to Book directly with you. I ended up paying $40 more with hotel.com Please make your website friendly to find you and your phone number. Breakfast should have been included for the price payed. I took a shower around midnight and the water was warm not hot.

I needed to stay for a single night after a late-arriving flight into Louisville. The Crown Plaza is very close to the airport, has plenty of parking, and the property is clean, quiet and has a great staff of professionals. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Huge indoor swimming pool. Staf was professional and polite. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.

Shenna at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Dinner at Big Al’s was delicious and very well priced. The hotel is beautiful and the transportation to the airport couldn’t be more convenient. Highly recommend!

The Crown Plaza Expo Airport was in a convenient location. The staff was kind and helpful. The airport is very close and you can hear planes taking off and landing. The hotel itself did not have a breakfast option unless you wanted to pay in their restaurant. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We wanted to change our reservation to leave a day early due to poor weather but Expedia would not help us and even lied to us about having to pay a cancelation fee. The hotel said they would have happily changed our dates but coild notnhelp because we paid thru Expedia. We will be canceling our future Expedia reservations and will pay directly to the hotel in the future.
