This property is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We found this proper to be stunning and very cool historically. Some reviews say the hotel is old, which they are not wrong in the fact that this building is hundreds of years old. But I didn’t find the rooms to be rundown or dingy, just old in a historical way. Our room was very nice and had a window looking out to the street where we got to watch a lot of calendas go by which we loved. Being on the street side you could definitely hear some noise from the street below, but it wasn’t enough to disturb us. The staff were so wonderful and welcoming. They were constantly making sure we had what we needed and answering our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

La localización es excelente y el servicio es bueno. El cuarto muy malo, la tele no tiene bluetooth, ni internet, la regadera es muy baja, el aire acondicionado da en la cara, no hay conexiones eléctricas convenientes.

Incredible stay. Loved everything except I wish we were able to get a refund on the first night stay because the airline cancelled our flight and we ended up arriving a day later.

Excellent location, quiet, swimming pool was under construction but never mentioned at the time of booking,there was a smell of cigarette smoke in my room from time to time I thought it came from the vents

It is a beautiful hotel, mist probably rhe best in Oaxaca The only thing that should be improved is the water pressure in the shower

The Quinta Real is a very nice property in the center of town but not too busy. The staff are lovely and attentive. It didn’t seem too busy but we weren’t upgraded and the King room on the side on the 2nd floor was tight tight tight. Well appointed and all but tiny.

A/C in room 238 did not work properly. Had to switch to room 250. Much better- nicer room. Otherwise, food was excellent and service was excellent.

Beautiful building, excellent location, outstanding service. Included full breakfast menu a plus (with live guitar serenades next to lovely courtyard). Minor flaw: air conditioning controls a little quirky.

Loved staying in this Historic hotel. Staff was Very kind and helpful. Great Location. Rooms, particularly the Bathroom, could use an update…and more Colorful decor in the rooms to Reflect colorful Oaxaca
