The hotel is very nice. The only thing missing is better public transport connection to the City center.

The property is very nice on the inside, but it should be noted that there is no air conditioning.

We stayed for 10 days. The room was a decent size room with a balcony. Cleaning was as per requested. There were no vending machines and the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays, however, you can buy a handful of snacks from the front counter and there are restaurants walking distance away for dinners on Sunday night. There was no air conditioning, fans or vents in the room or the bathroom, which I discovered is normal for Germany. We hit a heat wave during our stay. We had to keep the balcony door open, however there were no screen doors on the balcony, so lots of moths, mosquitos and a fly flew in the room. Apart from lack of air circulation, the hotel was decent, the staff was friendly and it was a convenient location.

Clean, professionally run with staff at reception and restaurant

The reception was not so welcoming. The room was fine but very outdated. The breakfast was very poor, they did not have a welcoming attitude at all, the variety was very low. Most dishes were finished and no one refilled them. We reserved for sauna and pool but they were closed. A very very poor quality.

Nice staff but a little tired and in need of a bit of love and care. Small blankets and a heater that didn’t work well made sleep difficult. But staff were great.

Overall good, but rooms are poorly soundproofed. Good breakfast. Outdoor parking, insecure and accessible to public. Located in sub-rural area of the town, with very few alternatives to dining, other than at the hotel.

I stayed with my 2 children for 1 night. We arrived very late and checked-in without a problem. We enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool and continental breakfast. Thank you!

Very nice pool. Great breakfast every morning. Clean renovated rooms. Ludensheid is a nice town with good dining in the downtown area.
