I stayed at the Chicamocha Hotel in Colombia, and they use a taxi transportation system for tourists. We used this service, and the charges were extremely excessive and exploitative.

Food was cold

Place is OK. But quite a few issues too. First off, very poor wifi. Virtually non functioning. Secondly, no hot water the last day. Third, first hotel ever in colombia thar bans food delivery and recommends their own restaurant instead. Whcoh,btw, wasnt good.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and restaurant. The beds were hard, but some people prefer them hard. The location is very convenient and the pricing is excellent. Loved the restaurant. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but hey, it's included. No complaints.

A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again

Incredible staff and service. Food was excellent and always a seat open at the restaurant. Only concern is the neighborhood surrounding is less family friendly and more of a club and bar scene, but the hotel itself is the best option in Bucaramanga for travelers with pets
