Efficient check-in with friendly staff. Quiet comfortable rooms and good restaurant. Definitely stay here again

The kids loved the swimming pool and the garden restaurant.

I felt I should receive a free breakfast with my stay since I am a silver member (as stated in hotels app), unfortunately upon check in the free breakfast was not granted. Hotels app customer service did try to call the hotel to explain but the hotel did not grant the breakfast. The hotel app did not credit my account for any of the additional cost of breakfast.

Room was clean. Wish there was a hot tub but there’s a pool. But for the price n having the free breakfast with the stay is well worth it.

Bathroom needs a serious update…

Great. We love this place.

Room was clean, was there for 2 nights, housekeeping was in the bathroom, took bath mat and face cloths but did not replace? There was no complimentary water in the fridge which I believe is a must for a 3 star hotel. Did not take my dirty coffee cup or replace the coffee or creamer for the next day? Very disappointing the next morning. Ate dinner in the lounge both nights, very slow and the food was average. The salad was good. The parking lot was never scraped from all of the snow, very icy and lots of standing water.

Clean hotel. Even though it was busy there was very little sound from other rooms. I enjoy every stay here.

Clean and quiet

Easy check-in/out, beautiful inviting lobby,elevators always available or arrived very quickly, courteous staff in all areas, Starbucks and fully stocked snack shop (can charge to room). Restaurant on site with delicious menu and food arrived promptly despite being very busy. Ambiance throughout the main floor was well maintained and pool was warm and very clean. Had a great stay, will stay again!

Well kept public areas and room was modern and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Always amazing

Hot. Couldn’t turn down the heat. Never slept. Big red stain on the bed cover. Red stains. Maybe blood on a pillowcase opened the window to cool down never helped. Car alarm went off 4:40 am. Elevators went down in the morning. Only 1 was operating. Very frustrating. Breakfast. Room service was cold when received. Not impressed!!!

Big red stain on the bed cover. Looked like blood stains on one of the pillow covers. Ran the jacuzzi. Tub. Dirty water came out of the jets. Brown. Wasn’t happy !!!! Woukd like a refund for the evening please!
