This hotel should not be affiliated by Melia, its dirty and not well maintained, on common areas and inside the rooms. Beds are awful and although it says air conditioning, I had to find out its only seasonal, I was changed to an inner room and which was only worse and had to stand being hot all night. Breakfast is average

Friendly staffs. Very comfortable room and it really felt like home (balcony was great, allowed some fresh air to come in).

The room was clean and organized, furniture was in good condition . The room was comfortable. The most remarkable about this hotel is the location which it is over Gran Via offering multiple options for shopping, Restaurants and Theaters. Very easy to commute and good property.
